Terms and Conditions

GENERAL RULES:

Participants must create photos or a video using their laptop camera, cell phone, video camera, hand held video device, flip, iPhone, photo/video editor or any method available to them. Photos may be uploaded to http://contributors.teenyb.com/submit-photos and videos uploaded to your YouTube page and then submitted to http://contributors.teenyb.com/submit-videos.

All submissions must include the usage of a TeenyB Bikini. No other substitutions will be accepted.

Videos must be a between 30 seconds - 2 minutes in length.

Photo gallery submissions must include a minimum of 8 pictures and be shot by you. We will not accept photo submissions that were taken by a professional photographer / studio.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE:

To participate, participants ("contributors") must have a TeenyB contributor account. To create one, go to http://contributors.teenyb.com/submit-choose and follow the instructions to upload your photos or video. All video submissions must be posted on YouTube.com. When posting to YouTube, enable "embedded video player" option when uploading the file, then go to contributors.teenyb.com/submit-choose and follow the online instructions to complete and submit your submission. In order to participate, you will be required to agree that you have read, or have had the official rules read to you and are in agreement with these official rules.

You must also have received permission for the use of all images/likeness of any and all identifiable person(s) appearing in your submission. You will be required to submit a release, signed by each identifiable person appearing in your submission granting sponsor permission to use the images/likeness of your submission.

By uploading a video submission, in addition to your agreement as a YouTube user to abide by YouTube's web site terms of service located at http://www.youtube.com/t/terms ("You Tube Terms"), you agree to the following additional terms and conditions for your submissions.

1. Submission Restrictions
   • Submission must not contain material that violates or infringes another's rights, including but not limited to privacy, publicity or intellectual property rights, or that constitutes copyright infringement;
   • The submission must not contain brand names or trademarks other than those of Teeny Bikini, LLC which entrant has a limited license to use for the sole purpose of creating and uploading a submission;
   • The submission must not contain material that is inappropriate, indecent, obscene, hateful, tortuous, defamatory, slanderous or libelous.
   • You must have permission from all individuals that appear in the submission (if any) to use their name and likeness in the submission and to grant the rights set forth herein. If requested by TeenyB, you must be able to provide such permissions in a form acceptable with sponsor
   • Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to remove or blur or to ask the applicable Entrant to remove or blur any non-material elements (e.g. small logos on clothing, artwork hanging in the background, etc.) rather than disqualify an otherwise compliant submission.
   • All submissions are not guaranteed approval.



2. Licensed Rights: Uploading this submission further constitutes your consent to give Teeny Bikini, LLC a royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive sub-licensable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, create derivative works from, and display such submissions in whole or in part, on a worldwide basis, and to incorporate it into other works, in any form, media or technology now known or later developed including without limitation at the website http://contributors.teenyb.com for any legal use including without limitation, for promotional and marketing of TeenyB and its products and/or services. Teeny Bikini, LLC is under no obligation to use your submission in any manner nor will use of your submission entitle you to any compensation whatsoever.



3. Release: You agree to release and hold harmless Teeny Bikini, LLC and its franchises, TeenyB, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and parent companies and each such company's officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the 'Released Parties') from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of your submission including without limitation, any claims based on publicity rights, copyright/trademark infringement, intellectual property rights, defamation or invasion of privacy.
